The Climate Change Regional Activity Centre has launched a comprehensive capacity building programme targeting North African nations in the Mediterranean region. The programme aims to strengthen institutional capabilities for climate monitoring, adaptation planning, and greenhouse gas mitigation.

The initiative will run over a three-year period and includes technical training workshops, knowledge exchange platforms, and direct technical assistance to national climate agencies.
