CC/RAC has announced a strategic partnership with the European Union to launch the Mediterranean Adaptation Finance Initiative (MAFI). This groundbreaking program aims to mobilize significant climate adaptation finance for Mediterranean countries most vulnerable to climate change impacts.

The initiative will focus on supporting coastal infrastructure resilience, sustainable water management, and ecosystem-based adaptation approaches. Through this partnership, CC/RAC will provide technical expertise and coordinate with national focal points across the Mediterranean region to ensure effective fund allocation and project implementation.
